The RoleContent-led marketing is the strategy VTEX believes in, and your role will be central to making this happen. We are looking for someone passionate about the craft of telling stories, from researching deeply to talking and interviewing people to putting it all together in a variety of formats including articles, announcements, ebooks, email, press releases, scripts, profiles, essays, and others.

Also, we’d love it if you push us to consider new ways of producing content and reaching our audience that we haven’t yet thought of.

As Performance, you will be responsible for the engagement, focused to create and execute an engagement strategy that promotes our content to stakeholders within companies on our target list, thereby generating sales opportunities for VTEX.

Looking to the engagement prospective stakeholders with content during the sales process, from demonstration to contract negotiation, in order to maximize VTEX sales conversion rate.

And of course, scale VTEX's marketing knowledge by submitting campaign strategies and documented business cases to the BOX.

We're interested in digital transformation not as the buzzword it became, but as a business phenomenon that affects multiple sides of the corporations, being it : culture and organization, results and performance, operations and technology, and even long-term vision.

You will be reporting to the Leader of Marketing in Colombia.


  • Develop, oversee and execute a consistent marketing strategy, effectively investing VTEX's budget to attract qualified leads and to increase brand awareness across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Linkedin Ads;
  • Work closely with digital agency and peers from content marketing and design to develop inbound initiatives in every step of the funnel;
  • Drive lead generation campaigns to meet the target list and support the sales team with a consistent and qualified lead list;
  • Analyze the marketing funnel and leverage analytics tools to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, working tirelessly to improve whenever possible;
  • Develope, promote and evolve performance processes to disseminate a data-driven culture within the company;
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports regarding the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field;
  • Advanced English level;
  • At least 5 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing for a B2B technical or IT company, preferred);
  • Proven record of managing multifaceted, global performance projects with tight deadlines;
  • Experience in creating soft and dense campaigns for multiple digital channels;
  • Previous experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Pardot;
  • Understand the mechanics of an efficient and effective Marketing Automation campaign (Pardot experience, preferred).

  • Dynamic, navigating easely through different subjects, solutions and areas of the e-commerce business and from strategy to operational activities;
  • Specialist in building campaigns that are engaging, educational, deeply understanding the pains of our industry, and that drives users to take desired actions;
  • Creative, well-informed and curious, with good references, ideas to share and energy to dig deep into subjects;
  • Resilient, with energy to create and implement content initiatives that fulfills the goals of the company.
