  • Develop, strengthen and manage relationship with existing Honeywell UOP’s clients in Latin America in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, ensuring a healthy and sustainable business pipeline
  • Manage and grow Honeywell UOP’s customer base and revenue generation in the region
  • Ensure Honeywell UOP’s clients in the region will have the best possible experience throughout the sales process
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing ones in the fields of Refining, Petrochemicals, Gas Processing and Sustainable Technologies
  • Lead commercial proposals, negotiate and close businesses, ensuring revenue generation for the organization
  • Work cohesively with UOP’s internal organization through the complete sales cycle

  • Bachelor's degree in either Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Sales / commercial experience in the refining & petrochemical business environment
  • Technical knowledge in the refining industry
  • Understanding of the cultural background and business atmosphere in the Andean Region
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of your time

  • Chemical Engineering Degree and / or specialization / master’s in the refining / petrochemical businesses
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese
  • Technical knowledge in the petrochemical industry
  • Understanding of the cultural background and business atmosphere in Latin America
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment
