Rappi is a technology company, which provides the service of Domicile and Personal Assistant for what our users need.We take care to make from the super of our users, buy the snacks or products they need from the store, bring them the documents or keys they left at home, until they deliver the dishes of their favorite restaurants.

What You'll Do?

  • Human Resources / People management for end to end HR model for a very important pull of senior leaders within the technology and engineering organization
  • Be the business partner for the technology and engineering teams, understanding and connecting the business needs with the people strategy and framework
  • Develop solutions for the teams, enabling the best environment for people to succeed, managing the day to day and strategic development of the teams under his / her responsibility
  • Transform and innovate the organizational side for the tech teams and structure, by giving the best initiatives and implementing them to generate a high performance footprint in the organization overall
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review the budget for the team and ensure it is being adhered to.
  • What are we looking for?

  • People who want to change the world and also want to develop their skills in a StartUp environment.
  • BS in engineering, administration, organizational psychology or similar. MBA desired.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources experience managing senior leadership in hyper volume and hyper scale organizations
  • Prefered experience in human resources management in technology organizations
  • Strong experience in human resources management, end to end experience, from staffing, talent development, C&B, HR Operations, labor relations, organizational design, engagement, leadership enablement and influencing.
  • Strong analytical skills, data base oriented, decision making, people acumen, influencing skills, leadership.
  • High teambuilding & collaboration orientation
  • Ability to develop as well as maintain long-term employee relations
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish), excellent communication skills
