About the role
You will be helping recruiting and leading an agile team of A-players through the product thinking, design and building phases.
You will be conducting customer research and testing to deeply understand customer needs and help defining and prioritizing product ideas.
You will be responsible for end-to-end definition, prioritization, design, and delivery of a digital offer.
You will define success metrics, measure outcomes and define how to iterate based on what we learn.
You will inspire the team to create something big and transformative.
You will be closely interacting with the CEO and a team of C-level people to discuss progress and learnings.
You love designing and delivering digital products and have 5-7+ years of experience as a product owner / manager.
You think like an entrepreneur, are passionate about the future of fintech and how to use software to help people better investing their money.
You know what is happening in Latam s wealth-tech space and you want to be part of that change.
You have experience with agile / scrum frameworks and have proven record to lead teams through customer research, ideation, delivery, and iteration.
You master design thinking, value proposition design, and product building methods. You are continuously learning about how to use the principles of human-centric-design and behavioral psychology to create elegant products people understand, use, and love.
You know well how to balance quality and speed, follow the 80 / 20 rule, and have a bias to speed.
You have a business / value mindset. You manage your teams as start-up businesses not feature delivery projects.
Having worked in an entrepreneurial environment / start-up is a plus.
