We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated individual to assist the Vice Presidents in all operational facets of the recruiting process in our branch office.
Proactively manage every step in the onboarding process to ensure an efficient onboarding experience for new financial professionals.
Serve as the key resource to Vice Presidents and financial professionals, assist with troubleshooting and problem solving.
Prepare Vice Presidents for meetings and ensure all logistics (including technology) are handled correctly.
Develop a solid working knowledge of the new business submission processes, and assist new financial professionals submit business applications.
Be an expert on internal reporting systems in order to provide accurate and timely information.
Partner with other team members to ensure optimal communication within the branch.
Plan events and handle other special projects as needed.
At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or sales organization.
1-2 years of intermediate experience with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all colleagues within the firm.
Strong and effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent collaboration skills, ability to share new ideas and implement ideas of others.
Aptitude and willingness to learn new terminology and technology, in order to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
College degree is highly preferred.
