Our technology powers a highly adaptive e-learning platform that offers an unprecedented variety of specialized English courses and proficiency tests for career development in over one hundred fields like Sales, Finance, Logistics, Medicine, and Law.

With just a small team, we’ve already created the largest professional English offering in the world. Now, we’re scaling up to release 1,000 more courses over the next three years.

The ultimate objective is to drive growth by ensuring that we build solid and efficient marketing campaigns when converting the target audience into customers.

What we need in the Customer Acquisition TeamWe are looking for a hands-on leader who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and move projects and teams quickly towards achieving milestones and business outcomes.

This person will be responsible for marketing efficiency, working alongside the product, design, and other marketing teams to define and implement various new marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop brand awareness and drive traffic growth
  • Build a comprehensive funnel strategy to drive the growth, constantly optimizing marketing sources, channels and strategies
  • Organize and lead the Customer Acquisition Team, managing their performance and development
  • Constantly test and explore new sources and channels, growth ideas, and growth hacking opportunities
  • Make decisions and deliver consistent reporting and analytics about the performance of campaigns, and sources and channels
  • Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience leading performance, acquisition, or growth teams in high-growth environments of digital or intangible products
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Design, Advertising, or a related field of study
  • Refined business sense : ability to identify new opportunities that make sense for the business, propose improvements, and take the lead
  • Deep understanding of media principles
  • Exceptional understanding of and experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) and how they interact as a system
  • Strong data analysis skills, and the ability to synthesize and communicate numerical or complex information, both oral and written.
  • Ability to identify innovative tactics, drive strategic use of media, and optimize media investments to ensure delivery against goals
  • A plus : experience in full implementation of Marketing Automation software like HubSpot and Marketo
  • Soft skills

  • Strategic thinking : must be able to develop the customer acquisition strategy and implement it for every segment and country
  • Excellent communication skills : strong written and presentation skills that are clear and effective in both English and Spanish
  • Strongly results-oriented, with problem-solving skills
  • Innovation through research and knowledge of the market, product, and competitors
