Sabre’s Strategic Programs & Services business is looking for a talented services sales professional to support Sabre's IT services growth by bringing together your business development, Sales and delivery skills.
Working with Senior Management on the customer side, you will ensure the right service offerings are introduced and sold to the right customer in APAC / EMEA / Americas.
Reporting to the Regional Strategic Customers & Programs Leader, this position will have regional coverage over the Americas with the following responsibilities :
Work closely with Service Executives (SE) and Account Director (AD) to identify, qualify and strategize service sales opportunities.
Engage Customers to articulate the services offering in more detail to drive towards sale seek out Offering Manager and SME’s as necessary
Work closely with Pre-sales consultants in the pursuit of new service sales opportunities for Deal readiness.
Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
Navigate a customer organization to focus on the decision maker and the influencer in a service sale
Track the sales pipeline in Salesforce and be responsible for their regions’ dashboard, and health and quality of data
Provide insightful feedback to the Service Offering team as to the services that resonate and that are more complex sales and discuss ideas to navigate those
Based on selling experience (over time) advise SEs and ADs as to how to approach the sale of services for a particular segment of customers.
Participate in Offering Manager and Service Line leaders demand generation discussions and execute on it.
Collaborate with Offering Managers & Service Line leaders in the design, marketing, execution, and positioning of services packages / bundles.
Support other teams to prepare RFI, RFQ or RFP responses as needed.
Ensure that service offerings sold can be delivered and meet customer expectation
12+ years’ experience in technology or product consulting selling & implementation with a services company (in region), with at least 5+ years in service selling to senior executives (VP, SVP and C-level suite)
Experience in selling service offerings for Enterprise B2B software (SaaS / Cloud / CRM) preferred
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, management is desired, masters a plus.
Well-versed in the anatomy of a service sale during new deal, during implementation and post implementation
Good Listening, strategic & analytical thinking capability along with organizational navigation skill are required,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills & ability to handle multiple projects reporting to senior executives of the outcome
Proven track record of leadership and high performance.
Exposure to the travel domain from a product service standpoint preferred
