Must meet with SLA agreement and goals to be achieved.
Should have some customers assigned for technical service work, monitoring the customer processes, equipment maintenance and Installation.
Should have contact with operative customer people to ensure that all work performed is disclosed to the client and proven compliance with the SLA.
Should maintain or install all equipment that customer need for your processes.
Should report to the TCS Coordinator and work with ATC Lead, all reports should be sent to the Customer, must have a monthly meeting with the TCS area to align the priorities of the next months.
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures
