Position Description :

Identify and prioritize opportunities in the market to develop the workstationbusiness and the smart office business to transform the workplace with ourinnovative collaboration solutions.

  • Responsible for driving revenue and profit for accounts, selling WS andspecific use case solutions for those industries.
  • Smart Office Solutionsconsist of integrated hardware,software, and services provided by Lenovo and3rd party development partners

  • Work in concert with the local sales teams for those accounts by providingthe solution selling expertise needed to close new business
  • Proactively seek new and develop existing BPs to support growth.
  • Set KPIs and execute on these actions tending to the development of the BPnetwork.
  • Work together with Marketing + Segment and Sales for the development ofactions that seek WS growth in the country.
  • Lead commercial conversations and track the number with the sales teams inthe countries
  • Develop a network of BP channels that specialize in the sale of WS. Managesthe relationship with high level POC within group of accounts to ensureopportunities are identified and closed, usually assigned an overlay or sharedquota, deployed against qualified opportunities, attains volume objectives.
  • Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impactpresentations leveraging strong technical skills.
  • Communicates technology roadmaps / vision and associated technicaladvantages of the proposed solution.
  • Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall systemdesign and integration.
  • Develops and executes proactive sales plans to deliver commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with ISVs and business partners to drive incremental businesswith customer.
  • Work with core account team to create integrated, effective account plans,RFI & RFQ for targeted customers.
  • Maintain pipeline sufficient target and ensure SFDC is updated .GenerateGross pipeline(2 quarters rolling)
  • Position Requirements :

    Bachelors degree; 7+ years of relevant experience selling workstations toLarge Enterprise accounts and SMB business (through business partners) in acommissions-based sales environment.

    Client-facing and consultative sales rolerequiring industry experience, with expertise in closing deals.
