We are seeking for a Principal Sales & Account Management person that will have the following responsibilities :
Responsible for managing and selling to existing accounts. Grows existing account relationships and upsells to existing client base.
Communicates new product developments to accounts.
Responsible for interfacing with existing travel agency customers.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Manages the day-to-day relationship with travel agencies by email and phone, negotiates and renew contracts with customers and may visit customers on site.
Establishes and manages an effective business relationship with customers via innovative strategies to maximize sales and bookings.
Recommends changes in policies and procedures to maximize revenue generation and manage account margin.
Maintain market and competitor intelligence and collaborates to develop proactive strategies to ensure Sabre’s competitiveness in Colombia market.
Comfortably present products, services and commercial strategies to all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
Drives new commercial model evolution with agencies community along the travel ecosystem leveraged on strong analytic skills, capabilities and methodology
Be and expert on market and tech travel ecosystem trends and SAB tech transformation path
Understand agencies challenges, from the operational, technical, and business point of view
Jointly with PTC team, manages key clients or prospects relationships based on commercial and technical development plans in order to : a) increase SAB share in side by side agencies b) secure loyalty to SAB commercially and technologically c) Break entry barriers in competitors top agys which are SAB targets
Adopt and promote current sales management tools and processes : a) Sales Force - Pipeline b) Dashboards b) Deal structuring GST d) Contracts e) Miller Heiman methodology, LAMP (Large Account Management Process), strategic and conceptual selling, blue sheet, green sheet.

Negotiation skill (new business hunter, side by side growth, break entry barriers, farming)
