Join a teamrecognized for leadership, innovation and diversitydirect the outside sales organization, responsible for driving sales in aerospace for the business and general aviation (bga) segment in latin america (latam).

You will work with the leadership team to set priorities for new business opportunities. You will own the sales results for aerospace bga latam.

You will create the structure, processes, and incentives that will increase sales of the companys products and / or services.

You will ensure education of honeywell products. You will provide the strategic direction for customer interactions such as client visits, trade shows, and seminars.

You will use data analysis of sales numbers, customer accounts, competitive intelligence, and market trends to make needed adjustments.

    Product sales experience leading teams with both direct and channel sales professionals.Experience in building and maintaining relations at executive levels with customersexperience maneuvering through complex with political agility and savvyexperienced in product sales, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planningexperience with planning, developing and executing sales campaigns or programs in specific markets or for specific productsdirect and channel sales and sales management experience (track record managing successful teams)marketing and project management experience is desirablewe valueunderstand the value proposition of honeywell and all the company has to offerunderstand the strategic direction of honeywella well-

    developed sense of the industry and market trends in the assigned territoryfinancial and business acumenaccount management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful accounts plansgood knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, etc.
