  • Great experience in the digital industry, post-production studios, tv networks, advertising agencies or freelance for at least 4 years.
  • 2 years as Animatorion, Motion Designer
  • Advanced English Level minimum B2
  • Proficiency and proven experience working on video post-production and motion design including the creation of concepts using and storytelling to develop them final deliverables.
  • Versatile to work in different styles and different media types.
  • Must have a portfolio of professional projects that includes a variety of video work animation work samples.
  • AdvancedNeat design skills and experience in : typography, color palettes, scene composition, and character design.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Illustration and Graphic Design skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of 3D Graphic Design and Illustration are a big plus
  • Knowledge of VR, AR or Video mapping
  • Tools : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier, C4D, Maya, Substance, Audition, Davinci Resolve.
  • Desiderable : Experience creating TVC content. Redshift, contemporary CGI. CGI and VFX software (e.g. Maya, Houdini, Nuke etc..) Arnold, VRay etc.
  • Responsibilities

  • Must possess strong motion design and video post-production skills to work on tasks like and be competent in 2D animation, 3D modeling, compositing, animation and rendering, video editing, color grading, color correction, character animations, and social gif animations, case studies, and reels.
  • Leadership, scoping, quoting and optimization optimizing project management methodologies.
  • Work closely with producers, designers, copywriters, creative directors, managers, and peers to deliver visually engaging solutions.
  • Works in all video production phases from concept, motion, and post-production. Direct and design motion and narratives, creating story-boards, animatics, mood boards to showcase video, and concepts.
  • Responsible for creating compelling and high impact deliverables, always innovating and identifying new opportunities to showcase talent and skills.
  • Responsible for developing work of the highest caliber.
  • Improve and maintain the asset delivery and the actual production procedures of the team.
  • Team player : strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to present productions and sell solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Up to date with the latest motion design trends and techniques.
  • Lead assigned staff and being available to critique their work to maintain consistent creative quality.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in automotive, CPG, beauty and food / beverage work would be a plus"
