The first step is defining the vision for RGM : 1. What is going to be the scope of RGM taking into account WACAM complexity?

2. What is the roadmap for the next 3 years considering Tools, Processes, Data and People? While advancing in the roadmap, the RGM Lead needs to bring powerful solutions in price and pack architecture (PPA), promotional strategy and mix management.

One of the key outcomes expected from RGM is connecting consumer and shopper insights, market analysis, financial information and statistical modelling to bring a 360 recommendation to achieve sustainable, profitable growth and price realization.

RGM projects are typically cross functional and require a high level of coordination and constant communication with Marketing, Sales and Finance.

In order to bring this new capability, part of the role is to adapt current frameworks to WACAM reality, connect with the different Global workstreams (Insights and Analytics, RGM) in order to put in place best practices and to build a support network to make the most of global resources.

At the same time, it is critical to bring the right talent to the BU. With the right talent and the global framework and tools, this position needs to spread these new capabilities to the local teams and define new processes and a new way of working in order to transform the RGM vision in to concrete business opportunities.

What you need to know about this position : 1. Build the RGM Roadmap for WACAM, defining the key milestones for Tools, Processes, Data and People.

2. Implement RGM Projects connecting Consumer, Shopper Insights, Market Analysis, Financial Data and Statistical Modelling.

The outcome of RGM Projects are recommendations on Price and Pack Architecture, Price increases and Promotional optimization.

Both short term and long term impact.3. Lead Smart Pricing recommendations for key markets in WACAM, aiming at increasing price above inflation and minimizing volume attrition.

4. Define and implement Promo Governance across countries and the right set of tools to measure Promo ROI and optimize Promo effectiveness.

5. Define and implement the process to include RGM into the commercial planning cycle : Strategic Plan, Annual Contract and Demand Planning.

6. Develop RGM Capabilities within the local teams.7. Define and implement the RGM Scorecard. Education / Certifications : Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Business Intelligence or Analytics.

  • MBA or Master in Data Analytics or equivalent is a plus. Job specific requirements : Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in areas as Marketing, Pricing, Strategic Planning, Business Management, Finance.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Pricing or Revenue Growth Management in a consumer goods company is a must.- Analytics experience or background.
  • Regional or multi-country experience. - Experience leading projects or business change management is must.- Technical knowledge around business models, behavioral economics or pricing will be highly appreciated.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations.- Negotiation skills, capable of persuasion and influence.- Results oriented, excellent execution skills.
