Build up indirect Sales Channel for Broadsoft Germany / Placetel in North or South region of Germany.
Primary Responsibilities : -Identification and recruiting of new Channel Partners for Broadsoft / Placetel Cloud Telephony Services partners that are capable of promoting, selling and developing Sales - Establish, develop and maintain strong professional sales relationships with current and future Channel Partners.
Support and leverage other channel efforts, field marketing, product launches and product promotions as well as certifications.
Keep current with our product release information including sales materials, product roadmap, features, applications, competition and disseminate to partners as appropriate.
Organise Channel Partner Sales Trainings - Continued achievement of Channel Partner sales growth as per the defined Reseller Business Plan - Create and analyse sales reports, identify issues contributing to success or shortcomings and take any corrective action.
Coordinate co-selling activity and resolve channel conflict.
Perform business metrics reviews and analysis of each Channel Partner s performance on a quarterly basis.
Establish and maintain positive proactive relationships with partner sales reps / management to build mindshare and drive sales activity.
Aid in developing monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives that will result in increasing the Channel Partner monthly sales.
Skills and Educational Requirements : - Strong Experience in channel management fin IT / Telecoms - minimum 3 years - Established relationships in the IT / Telecoms Distribution / Reseller / SI space - Strong telecommunications / cloud sales background - Excellent communication skills - written and spoken - Ability to manage Channel conflict - Proven Negotiation Skills - Fluency in German
