About the role

As part of Essence's continued growth, we are expanding our global reach by establishing an office in Bogota, Colombia. By joining Essence as an early employee of our LATAM expansion, you'll play a key part of a team that will assist in managing local in-region campaigns while also supporting larger North American based campaigns from a centralized team.

The first department we are hiring for is the Media Activation team, which is responsible for providing thoughtful and exciting recommendations for Search, Social, Display, and Video.

The Media Activation team leverages their mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized with the utmost emphasis on work quality delivery.

Some of the things we'd like you to do :

  • Interact effectively with regional teams (US and London), maintaining a strong line of communication among offices
  • Support DV360 & YouTube TrueView campaign launches and setup according to Essence established guidelines
  • Ensure ongoing campaign compliance to Essence established guidelines
  • Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels / platforms
  • Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and Essence campaign management software
  • Produce daily campaign reports, including daily pacing, data inputting and providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams
  • Provide assistance for new starters as team grows
  • Support in the work QA of junior team members as team grows
  • A bit about yourself :

  • You are proficient in English
  • You have 2+ years experience of planning and managing programmatic campaigns in DV360
  • You have some experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager (a bonus)
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers
  • You are able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • You are an excellent communicator - both verbal and written
  • You are adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritisation to meet new or changed goals
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
