We are hiring a full-time Web Analyst to join our Global Customer Experience (GCX) team, with a focus on improving the performance of our websites through insights.
The Web Analyst supports our Global Tools & Storage (GTS) Division by tracking and reporting out on the performance of our customer-facing websites.
You will work in conjunction with the rest of the Website team to build dashboards, analyze data, deliver insights and optimize performance.
In this role, you will also be responsible for implementing clean on-site analytics tagging working in collaboration with Web Program Managers, web developers and Business IT.
This position reports to the Analytics Manager and is based in Maryland, USA.
Drive and evolve website best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A / B testing, site personalization, and feedback from cross-functional partners.
Perform routine analyses of brand websites to surface actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
Serve as an internal expert on Google Analytics 360 capabilities and Google Tag Manager implementation.
Collaborate with the Web Program Manager and Business IT teams to implement / update on-site analytics tagging.
Execute multivariate tests using site experimentation solutions (e.g. Google Optimize, CrazyEgg) that drive fundamental improvements to the website experience and performance.
Communicate site performance, testing results, learnings and optimization plan to key stakeholders.
Manage timelines and projects within Workfront and Azure DevOps and coordinate directly with project teams.
Our ideal candidate will have a successful track record improving website performance through analytics.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required.
3+ years’ experience in website analytics.
Fluent in English & Spanish
Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics with a strong understanding of Google Tag Manager.
Proven experience and comfort using site experimentation solutions, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
Strong familiarity with core web marketing functions : SEO, CRO, UX, web analytics, etc.
Strong leadership and communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Ability to travel to support deployment and implementation globally.
