Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
Manage life and health insurance programs
Implement training and development plans.
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
Create and update employee records
Maintain organization charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
Forecast hiring needs and make sure the hiring process runs smoothly
Develop and implement human resource policies throughout the organization : benefits, payroll, work rules, pre-offer requirements, employee manual, etc.
Monitor budgets by department
Process employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Supports business unit leaders to access, understand, and utilize business HR systems, processes, products, and services.
Create a variety of training programs and courses for the human resources department.
Information and tutoring on how to implement and follow human resources processes.
Effectively convey system capabilities and opportunities while demonstrating understanding of customer needs and requirements
Search, qualify, and present a robust and diverse roster of candidates for each open position to which you are assigned.
Responsible for providing the candidate with an experience that aligns with the company culture as an employer of choice.
With management direction, collaborate and proactively develop staffing plans with assigned business group leaders to enable them to meet resource hiring requirements.
