The focus in this role will be to recruit candidates for the Colombia Technical Support team (TAC). This person will source TAC candidates who have a cybersecurity skillset and build a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates to fill the funnel for expanding TAC team.
In this role, You will :
Partner with recruitment leadership and Hiring managers to identify core competencies, key performance indicators and candidate sourcing / recruiting strategies to identify and recruit the very best talent
Architect and execute a recruiting strategy to hire top talent from local markets, sourcing active and passive candidates
Build and maintain a viable pipeline of solid talent to fill existing and future job openings at Fortinet
Source, identify, outreach to, and recruit qualified candidates from the open market and similar industry / competitors
Promote Fortinet’s corporate culture and advocate Fortinet as the premiere destination for prospective candidates
Job Duties :
Source and Screen candidates including applicants to job postings and educate them of suitable opportunities available and the selection process
Provide a Fortinet overview to potential applicants about benefits and career opportunities in Colombia
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, relevant experience, training, education, skills and work eligibility
Participate in industry events, University job fairs and Technology group meetups to recruit experienced TAC professionals
Manage the recruiting life-cycle from beginning to end, driving activity, and tracking status working in collaboration with recruitment coordinators
4+ years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment working with recruitment agencies or Corporate recruitment in technology space
Proven experience and success recruiting for technical roles including Technical Support and similar relevant skillsets
Proven experience supporting the full recruiting life-cycle from sourcing, vetting, interviewing, through to offer (including submittals and closing)
Strong internet / database research skills including hands on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed etc.
Ability to handle high volume of workload and prioritize
Solid data mining skills using the application tracking systems and resume database to find matching profiles using Boolean and keyword search
Ability to map the candidates’ skills and experience to suitable openings
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Bilingual English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
