Senior Global Demand Planner INTRODUCTION We are looking for a professional to join our supply chain team in the Safety & Construction business, Specialty Products Division of DuPont.
This business is a global leader in products and solutions that protect what matters people, structures and the environment and enables its customers to win through unique capabilities, global scale and iconic brands like Kevlar® , Nomex® , Tyvek® among others This role is critical since it will be leading the global demand planning, interacting with commercial & Marketing and Production Managers of all regions.
Main responsibilities will include : Creation and maintenance of forecast models across the Nomex and Kevlar business Global accountability for forecasting a variety of supply chains and product types in all regions.
Drive improvements in product level accuracy to improve supply chain efficiency. Improve models in R Run / maintain / improve process to get stakeholder support on analytical / statistical models Drive product level forecast improvement and root cause analysis on error Provide insight to sales and marketing that would help anticipate supply disruption, pricing opportunities, or potential violation of assumptions in the marketplace
Qualification required :
3 years relevant work experience
4 years of proven analytical work experience in planning with validation of hers / his analytical and statistical capabilities
