In association with RIC (Reinsurance Control) build and plan the Regional Center South America annual expenses planning.
Manage long-term business planning, annual budgeting, and periodical budget updates in line with Group business planning policies and standards.
Some of the tasks will be : Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of expenses against the annual plan.To be the first point of contact regarding inquiries about expenses and forecasts.
Preparation, management, and control of sectorized budgets by function / cost center.Management of KPIs and dashboards for general performance analysis
To interpret and coordinates policies, processes, administrative and accountant procedures to ensure compliance with our local and global ON (Organization and Norms)
Internal control processes health check.
You’ll act as a business partner and a trusted advisor to support the steering of the Group based on adequate structure and information.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economy / Administration or Engineering, an advanced degree in planning and / or Internal Control will be highly appreciated.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of financial planning and internal controls experience in a multinational environment.
Working collaboratively and effectively in an international group dynamic, often virtual; proficient in agile ways of working.
Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
Strong Analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge in Power BI and SAP is highly desirable.
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, among others).
