As HR Interview Officer you will guarantee bestfit talent selection in a timely and efficient manner, according to service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities1. Ensure selection of candidates according to companys expectations.2. Reports Generation.3. Fully comply to applicable regulatory requirements, policies and procedures established by Accedo and any of its clients.

4. Perform other functions as directed by immediate superior.Skills RequirementI. Minimum RequirementsEducationKnowledge University student of Psychology, Industrial Engineering andor Business Administrationequivalent work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced English skills.Competences Commitment to excellence and positive attitude.

Strong followup skills. Ability to cultivate and build relationships. Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy and details.
