This role represents a very exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our organization. As the Chief Risk Officer of RappiPay Colombia, you'll be in a unique position to work with many other parts of the business to co-ordinate and administer the Bank's risks.
You'll deliver portfolio insights ensuring that our account and debt management strategies remain robust. You will be a Risk Officer managing all Risks of the Business, including, but not limited to, Credit Risk, Solvency Risk, Fraud, Collections, Operational Risk.

Monitoring risk levels of the whole Colombian Operation
BBDD and processes identified to be used in the risk area
To lead the portfolio risk team, using supporting technologies and underlying data in ways that bring to the forefront emerging credit risks;
To champion approaches that provide forecasts of how portfolio(s) will evolve under varying scenarios focusing on arrears and losses.
It is essential that such models are run monthly applying segmentation techniques to allow management to understand how concentration risks and loss emergence can occur;
To oversee, and where necessary, challenge, those functions across the business whose activities impact upon the risk performance of the portfolios.
This will include oversight of Collections & Recoveries; Fraud Detection; Operational Risk and other Risks.
To provide assurance that losses are adequately recognized and accounted for. The role holder will work with stakeholders to ensure that the outputs of provision models are adequate to reflect the risks on the portfolios, and where appropriate will recommend adjustments / overlays;
To facilitate the ad-hoc production of management information or analysis supporting questions / challenges from senior management.
Skillset and Experienced Required
Experienced risk manager with exposure to portfolio credit risk management and the corresponding application of models.
Understanding of the credit risk lifecycle through from origination, to exposure management to collections & recoveries.
Excellent knowledge of retail secured and unsecured credit risk management practice, credit model development and usage of Tableau-like reporting applications or equivalent.
Experience presenting to senior committees.
Proven track record of the ability to influence key stakeholders in the management of risk.
