Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Monitoring the Inventories KPIs results (Inventory first right time monthly journals. More than 95%,
  • Tickets solved within SLA. More than 95%, Re activated tickets. Less than 5%

    Open costing allocation out of target. Less than 5%

    Materiality of open costing allocation out of target. Less than 3% of the total deferred variances)

  • IPT Volume Submission (Accuracy)
  • Perform an analysis on the tasks performed within the inventory department, which includes revision and posting of batches, close communication with the customers of the entities we provide service to, identifying best practices and improvement areas among the processes, among other tasks.
  • Backup on the processes related to the Financial Analyst position.
  • Monitor quality and integrity of task performed by him / her self and provide support analyst framework to daily tasks.
  • Risk mitigation and focus on quality and performance increase task / proposals.
  • Coordinate and run the monthly Comm Cell with assigned markets.
  • Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Graduated from a technical school (preferable)
  • University career completed (Bachelor) or about to be completed- Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering.
  • MS Office- Intermediate excel.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • 2 years experience in the accounting field (R2R and GL).
  • Preferred qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Works under low to minimal supervision.
  • Able to lead activities or processes relevant to the function
