We need a great team to help us execute - so come join us! Summary The Online Production Processor is a full-time position for a critical team member that is primarily responsible for processing online orders in the Ship To Your Door, Direct Mail and Vehicle Wraps Production modules.

This individual is also responsible for supporting our clients and vendors by handling order inquiries, quality control sign-offs and monitoring on-time delivery performance from our vendors.

Challenges + Process and release online orders to vendors within the Ship To Your Door module + Process and release online orders to vendors within the Vehicle Wrap Vendor module + Process orders within the Direct Mail module + Facilitate communications between Vendor contact(s) + Troubleshoot and problem solve independently and quickly + Alert customer service quality issues using Zendesk.

  • Perform preflight and fix and catch file issues using pitstop prior to releasing to vendor(s) + Communicate to various vendors on job assignments, sign off on vendor proofs (QC reports), quality control checks and managing the vendor portal.
  • Document Vendor KPI feedback to Production Team Lead. + Effectively use ZenDesk, SproutLoud App, Adobe Pit stop and Harvest software + Responsible for Vendor Application management efficiency + Place Online / Offline orders to offline vendor portals + Schedule drop shipments for Every Door Direct Mail and Direct Mail orders and provide all documentation to mail vendors as a back-up Qualifications and Skills + Fluent in English which includes the ability to read and write + Strong knowledge of Adobe suite (including InDesign), Illustrator + Prepress skills + Ability to learn new technologies, software and computers quickly + Strong communication and follow-up skills + Ability to follow company procedures and multitask through various modules and platforms + Ability to establish relationships with different vendors and clients + Detail and task oriented Would be a plus to have : + Strong print knowledge (Minimum of 2 years' experience) + Familiar with traditional print production workflows Benefits and PerksAt SproutLoud, we continue to cultivate an environment that aspires to be one of the best places to work - period.
