The Product Manager will play a meaningful role on the cross-functional team to shape, implement & follow-up the Immunology brand strategy & tactical planning process which should enable a more personalized customer experience and improve customer engagement.
Develops brand / disease strategy, positioning, messaging through an omnichannel approach.
Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s) in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
Synthesize market and customer insights to identify new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Assist the cross-functional team in prioritizing and optimizing the funnel of innovation for the brand / disease area based on the customer needs.
Facilitate the mobilization and scaling of new ways of working through agile marketing.
Engage closely with other teams within Novartis to stay abreast of new partnership and technology / tools that can support our customer experience objectives.
Builds strong collaboration internally and externally to improve customer engagement and access to our medicines.
Monitors and controls brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
Experience in Marketing / Brand management positions in specialty care within the pharmaceutical industry
In-depth knowledge of the Colombian health system and public policies
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Professional degree in administrative or health related areas
Post-graduate degree and / or MBA (preferred)
English and Spanish language full proficiency required
