Work as the strategic interface with for the purpose of business-IT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Serve as the relationship manager between Global IT & assigned Stanley Black & Decker business areas. Provide support throughout key IT programs.
Lead the planning and execution of initiatives. Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding service requests, projects and initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor, and function as a key point of contact for Global IT and business stakeholders. Act as advocates on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure IT services meet their business priorities and needs.
Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
Act of liaison between the Stanley Black & Decker business in different Markets and Global IT
Builds a trusted relationship with multiple roles in the business
Proactively identify business needs, both short & long term, and develop proposals first reviewing IT portfolio
Partner with representatives of the business & Global IT to deliver IT solutions to advance the strategic roadmap / goals of the business
Provide input into the Global IT budget process
Manage customer expectations around what Global IT can deliver within stated constraints (budget, timeline, etc.)
Ensure projects are delivered according to expectations establishing success criteria.
Ensure systems solutions are delivered as expected and services meet SLA’s
Track and document stakeholder's satisfaction, IT services consumed, and service level reporting.
Works collaboratively with the business and global IT to develop clear and concise communications with respect to incidents, problems, and change management as needed.
Influences individuals within and outside the IT department.
Supports organizational change management activities
Prepares high level activity and progress reports and presents to Senior Leadership.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background.

Skills & Experience
6 + years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
4+ years leadership roles experience.
3+ years of experience on B2B, B2C platforms & implementations, e-market places, social media connection & activation as well as with integration services.
Strong project management skills with 4+ years of success record
Experience on matrix reporting organization
Responsible for meeting budget goals and objectives in an assigned area.
Bachelor’s degree on Information Technology or equivalent education
