Summary / Objective :
The Reporting Developer I will be responsible for creating and maintaining database queries and reporting items such as SSRS reports and Power BI datasets.
The Reporting Analyst should have a strong knowledge of writing complex SQL queries and be proficient in the creation of reporting in SSRS and Power BI.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop, modify, and test SQL queries, SSRS reports, and other reporting functions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Ability to scope and estimate number of hours for new project request.
Work with users to support existing reporting and investigate operation problems or system requirements and / or reporting needs.
Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language as well as write comprehensive documentation.
Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Comply with all established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2.

Education / Experience / Credentials
Degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience
Experience with BPO industry
Competencies / Skills
Experience in MS SQL, SSRS, Power BI.
Analytical thinker / problem solver
Highly self-motivated
Great organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication / interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service.
