You will help us develop a data-driven shopper-centric culture that impacts strategic processes in the organization (RGM, Perfect Store Execution, Strategic planning, Innovation Planning and Channer and customer planning).
How you will contribute
You will :
Help your internal stakeholders to identify key strategic challenges related to customer and channels where shopper insights could bring new solutions guaranteeing sales excellence
Identify shopper opportunities, design and develop action plans, and measure business impact when implemented
Ensure that a shopper centric culture is embedded in the Business Unit by building capabilities in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales teams.
Develop a systematic test and learn way of working, piloting solutions to later scale them up to the different markets
Continuously optimize business through data, tracking, and learning.
Lead the agenda with strategic third parties (Ad-Hoc and Continuous studies) that help internal stakeholders to find solution to key business challenges
Lead big scale research studies such as Trip Missions, 5S, Purchase Decision Trees, etc. to inform category and channel plans
Identify knowledge gaps and business needs in respective countries and build research recommendations / research plan with priorities to address them
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in :
Research planning skills plus experience in market research (FMCG / CPG manufacturer or major retailer)
Good at distinguishing insights that can be leveraged against the business challenge
In-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
Knowledge, develop mental experience and application of MDLZ models in shopper behavior (4c's, 5s, promotional behavior, planogramming, etc) , and making recommendations for enhancements
Extensive experience in utilizing market research data
Willingness to work independently in a remote teamdelivering insights towards sales, category management and RGM
Good communication and storytelling to business teams, ability to convey complex messages simply and succinctly, including implications for the business
Ownership of operations within field of expertise (briefing, point of contact, methodologies, data)
Cross country experience, demonstrated ability to work across cultures and in remote teams is a plus for Global roles
