The Team The Growth team plays a leading role in solving our most challenging problems and guiding the decisions that we take around product, marketing and operations.

  • Set short- and long-term goals and possesses a strong internal drive to achieve them
  • Possess advanced data analysis skills and deep knowledge on performance management principles on B2B marketing, account based marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in scripting with SQL or Python, extracting large sets of data, and design of ETL flows
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related fields Required Skills :
  • 5+ years SaaS marketing and growth experience
  • Conduct analyses and synthesis on enterprise marketing programs to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement
  • Provide thought analytics partnership and data support on the design, execution, and measurement of impactful marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Business Operations, Data Engineer, Business Systems, and business leaders to understand business questions that data can answer effectively
  • Design, build and automate key business metrics into self-serve dashboard to tell a story.
