Responsibilities :

  • Develop New and Existing Geographic Markets (support Colombia + other countries in North of LATAM and Caribbean).
  • Meeting customer / dealers / prospects to understand the requirements and propose appropriate solutions. 10-12 clients supporting Account Manager and business development)
  • Developing consultative sales relationships with key buying influences within the customer's organization including key management and executive management, CFO, Radiology Directors, CEO, etc.
  • Financial responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
  • Host site visits and provide on-site demonstration support to Agfa sales personnel
  • Achieving assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa products and services.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional sales and service organization.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of the industry trends and competitors’ solutions offerings
  • Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives.
  • Understanding and preparation of Technical Configurations
  • Providing basic solution Demonstrations
  • Participation in Radiology and IT Events and Exhibitions
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of time and to customer sites, sales meetings and tradeshows or as required by business conditions
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 4 years direct sales experience in the Healthcare or IT industries, preferably in Healthcare IT. IT solutions in general- Software solutions.
  • Skills :

  • Experience with the planning, developing businesses cases and administration of complex software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive business style.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Competitive clinical IT product experience / knowledge
  • Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and in Spanish.
