Developing consultative sales relationships with key buying influences within the customer's organization including key management and executive management, CFO, Radiology Directors, CEO, etc.
Financial responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual bookings and revenue targets
Host site visits and provide on-site demonstration support to Agfa sales personnel
Achieving assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa products and services.
Maintaining a positive working relationship with Agfa Healthcare’s local and global professional sales and service organization.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of the industry trends and competitors’ solutions offerings
Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives.
Understanding and preparation of Technical Configurations
Providing basic solution Demonstrations
Participation in Radiology and IT Events and Exhibitions
Willingness to travel up to 40% of time and to customer sites, sales meetings and tradeshows or as required by business conditions
Minimum 4 years direct sales experience in the Healthcare or IT industries, preferably in Healthcare IT. IT solutions in general- Software solutions.
Experience with the planning, developing businesses cases and administration of complex software applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders
Entrepreneurial attitude and proactive business style.
Highly developed problem-solving skills
Competitive clinical IT product experience / knowledge
Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and in Spanish.
