As a Mid Software Developer you will be responsible for providing support and enhance SproutLoud’s application, architecture and development practices.
The Mid Software Developer will be accountable for establishing and following task scopes, communicating effectively in a cross-
functional agile team environment, and tracking task and stories through the entire development lifecycle.
The Mid Software Developer will collaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to make decision about design, development, testing and deployment for all development efforts of his agile team.
The Mid Software Developer is expected to complete his work with minor supervision and support Jr. team members.
The Mid Software Developer is encouraged to keep up to date with industry standards and best practices and work with the System architect team to incorporate such technologies and standards in SproutLoud’s development process.
