As a Contract Manufacturers Innovation Manager CMO Innovation Coordinator, you will support and accelerate new product innovation in LATAM leveraging on Contract Manufacturers products, development, technology and capabilities, according to the market needs, with best cost of goods and timing.
Also, You will be responsible to foster an agile innovation in the Region by partnering with internal stakeholders to define the best strategy and product option for the project.
You will help to build a strong commercial relationship with Contract Manufacturers to create strategic business models that assure continuous growth and the preference from Contract Manufacturers to offer innovative products to GSK.
Your Responsibilities :
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :
Explore different products, technologies, capabilities, with current and new Contract Manufacturers to comply with the business needs.
Work closely with Commercial Innovation to understand the market needs, to identify product options from the different Contract Manufacturers.
Be the point of contact between the Project team and the Contract Manufacturer for product information, documentation, and any question and / or doubt during the process.
Analyze and negotiate cost of goods according to the target cost.
Support the evaluation of the One Time Cost and CAPEX in partnership with Supply, R&D and others areas.
Support contract negotiation terms according to Procurement templates.
Keep updated Innovation KPI and Innovation Board in a monthly basis for communication to the Senior Management.
Participate on sourcing strategy recommendation and sourcing board processes.

Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer or Business Management, Health Care or equivalent
5 years of experience in sourcing strategy and procurement skills including supplier relationship management, new business development, negotiation.
5 years of experience with Contract Manufacturers relationship management (operations / procurement / technical).
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Ability to influence peers and stakeholders from all parts of the business, from different cultures, to drive towards common goals.
Manage a creative, proactive and dynamic approach for problem solving.
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.
