Position Summary :

The Northwest Field Application Specialist plays a key role in delivering Cadwell’s industry leading support for its customers.

In this customer-facing role, the Specialist will be responsible for conducting regional equipment installations, technical product support, and customer training.

The position is an integral part of a regional sales team and will be home office-based. The majority of travel will be regional but not limited to the defined territory (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, MT, UT, WY, CO, AK, NM).

This position requires residence in a major metropolitan area with an international airport. This territory is subject to change at Cadwell’s discretion.

The Northwest Field Sales Support Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Cadwell’s PSG, EEG, and EMG product lines.

The position will require 50 70% travel.

Key Functions / Responsibilities :

  • Perform system installation and training at customer locations
  • Interface with customers (and potentially their IT teams) prior to the installation to identify and address any potential issues that could impact the upcoming installation
  • During non-travel periods working from home, provide call support for Cadwell systems and applications
  • Occasionally assist regional sales teams with product presentations and demonstrations
  • Attend industry workshops, tradeshows, and courses approved by Cadwell
  • Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
  • Education / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven ability to interface with medical and / or technical professionals
  • Experience in clinical neurophysiology, sleep medicine, Electroencephalography or related disciplines
  • RPSGT or REEGT certification desired
  • Skills / Job Knowledge / Abilities :

  • Computer proficiency is essential, with a working knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking basics
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities
  • Work successfully independently and as part of a team
  • Interface with customers and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Clearly present technical information to audiences of various sizes and technical depth
  • Requires the following physical activities : reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and talking
