What will you do?
Initiates and answers inbound and / or outbound sales calls directly from / to prospective and / or existing customers. Responds to customer questions and takes orders.
Builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.
May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and / or outbound sales activities.
Can either have their own defined territory or support outside field sales both not being located at a customer site or remotely.
How will you get there?
Graduates in healthcare, or have a minimum experience of 1 year or more, in similar activities in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, or biotechnology companies.
1 to 3 years of experience in internal sales and administrative activities
