The mission of this position will be to work together with the other members of the recruitment team to fill the active vacancies in the company in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Some of your responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition would be :

  • Receive requisitions with specifications of a profile required by our clients, study the profile and create the job offer in the different job portals.
  • Recruiting through LinkedIn, Bizneo, El Empleo, Indeed and other employment platforms to find the best talent for our company and our clients.
  • Evaluate the profile of candidates through different filters that are made in the company and determine whether or not the person continues with the next step.
  • Conduct interviews in English with candidates to evaluate competencies, validate expectations, verify previous work experience and determine if the person is a fit for the position.
  • Discuss and manage the selection process with internal clients to determine who will be selected for the position.
  • Perform administrative processes in SalesForce.
  • Be in charge of activating the hiring process of the person in case of being selected and accompany them in the process.
  • Perform the entire cycle of the selection process and give each candidate a positive experience with the company whether they are selected or not.
  • REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

  • Experience : 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection of personnel covering the entire cycle of the selection process from start to finish.
  • Language : B2 or C1 level of English to be able to conduct an interview in English.
  • To be orderly, methodical, and achievement-oriented.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team.
  • Have knowledge of competency-based assessment.
  • Have a sense of urgency, and be an autonomous and independent person.
  • Have a sense of responsibility.
  • Be a creative and innovative person who is always looking for new ways of doing things and solving problems.
  • Perks :

  • Contract : Indefinite-term contract.
  • Salary : 3.000.000 COP + USD Commissions.
  • Offices : WeWork Barranquilla. Cra. 53 #80-198, Barranquilla, Atlántico.
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm (Work by the American Calendar).
