SUMARRY DESCRIPTION

Support Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and CAAC organization in the following areas : recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation, benefits, employment law compliance, performance management, organizational development, training, and special projects.

This position reports solid line to Human Resources LatAm Exec. Director working in close collaboration with Chile, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico respective country / business’ leaders among other areas.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Under the guidance of Regional Human Resources Head, lease with functions to support the business objectives and the company’s HR strategy and programs in alignment with Region and Global Human Resources guidelines and strategy.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts in all assigned countries for the continued growth of the team (commercial and all functions) while maintaining alignment with regional and corporate guidance.
  • Will work as a business partner acting with all sub products of Human Resources, such as : Personnel Admin; payroll liaison with Finance;
  • compensation and benefits which address local conditions in each country while maintaining alignment with regional guidance and company’s overall compensation and benefits philosophy.

  • Support, develop and implement training and development programs to support achievement of business objectives and people development.
  • Work collaboratively with all areas to ensure training materials and practices adhere to corporate guidelines and policies.
  • Review and develop local HR policies aligning with regional guidelines and company policies.
  • Track and manage spend on related training events and projects.
  • Provision and validation of benefits and benefits benchmarking including healthcare, retirement and life insurance, allowances, paid time off, and other benefits that are deemed customary and / or mandatory in the country.
  • Develop and implement programs for existing employees’ professional development where appropriate for the job responsibilities, including sales training, management and leadership training, new hires training, onboarding, interviewing skills, etc.
  • Support wellness activities in each of the assigned countries.
  • Administer and manage the occupational health and safety systems defined by each of the local governments in the assigned countries.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and ensure consistency in the information presented.
  • EDUCATION

    Bachelor’s degree (Business or Science) or better required.

    EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 8 years demonstrated successful human resources experience in pharmaceutical or other industries.
  • At least 4 years of experience as Business Partner.
  • Experience with other Latin American countries and knowledge of their labor laws is desirable.
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen
  • Good consultative and relationship management skills
  • Excellent multi-lingual communications, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate and persuade through formal and informal communications
  • Capacity to manage multiple activities and priorities
  • Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational management skills
  • Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to orchestrate projects and meet deadlines
  • English skills are required at advanced level (minimum)
  • Technical skills : PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

    This job requires 25% travel availability (domestic and international).
