The primary role of this professional is to sell ResMed's products and digital remote solutions to customers and / or professional organizations through various distribution channels, including digital / online and especially non-retail (i.

e. : payers in Colombia) in the medical devices field. Key deliverables include strategic planning, positioning and strategic marketing of ResMed’s full range products and services in the allocated region : Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela.

Attaining sales objectives for new and existing accounts within the assigned distribution, retail sales channel and payers.

Responsible for new account development and expansion of existing accounts, thereby maximizing turnover and profit margin.

Also, this professional will lead the clinical and commercial team within the assigned region.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

  • The primary objective is to market, sell, promote, and grow revenue in all product categories and remote connected solutions.
  • Create and develop new business models focused on patients / consumers
  • Develop and enhance business relationships with payers, customers and all stakeholders through routine consultative visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services and problem resolutions with his / her team.
  • Identify and develop new customer base or work to find opportunities to introduce ResMed digital remote solutions value proposition to all stakeholders.
  • Works closely with the region management team in evaluating business conditions, sales trends and especially new disruptive ways of doing business
  • Take ResMed products and services to external customers or groups of customers, key stakeholders and enters into commercial negotiations for purchase and supply.
  • Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experiences

    Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus
  • Must reside in Bogota, Colombia
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience on the medical device field within the assigned region (especially Colombia)
  • Experience managing a cross functional team
  • Strong Local knowledge of Colombia Health System and solid relationship with key stakeholders in the Medical Device Arena
  • Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative and disruptive ways.
  • Career-level managers who are seasoned, experienced professionals with a full understanding of area of specialization
  • This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
