The Role

  • Attention to Client Requirements : Continuous follow-up to the Client in the evaluation of insurance policy, current regulations, analysis of new decrees, rules and internal circulars within the requested times and with the required quality.
  • Continuous support to the client in Renovations, Tenders and implementations under WEM processes in 100% of the insurance policies. Following the schedule.
  • Updates and trains the work team in technical insurance conditions at least once a year.
  • Accompanies and advises the client continuously in 100% of projects that affect debtor insurance processes.
  • Compliance in the monthly elaboration of the management report for presentation to the client within the stipulated times.
  • The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration or a related field.
  • At least, Three years of experience in the insurance sector (Proven knowledge in the following line of business : Life, fire and earthquake)
  • Leadership and group management
  • Windows programs knowledge.
  • Negotiation skills and results orientation.
  • Skills to daily follow up area indicators.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
  • Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Continuous improvement mind-set increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each repetition and making recommendations for process improvement.
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and on client teams. Also ability to work under a pressure environment.
  • Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it.
