Bringing in your sales expertise, you will focus on improving coverage by establishing and strong relationship with existing and new customers.
You will also add value to customer’s business. Reporting directly to the Sales Supervisor of Cooling Colombia, you will work in our modern offices located in Zona T, Bogotá.
You will be responsible for
Aggressive sales development of the Refrigeration and Air-Condition Controls Product Portfolio to key OEM customers in alignment with the overall regional / global sales strategy.
Responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision makers.
Maximize profitability utilizing value selling tools and practices.
Support asset management ensuring receivables are according to agreed terms and conditions.
Develop in-depth customer understanding identifying areas Danfoss can bring greatest value within the RAC product portfolio.
Develop and maintain Key Account Plan with an aggressive growth horizon based upon customer business needs and customer focused value propositions.
Keep updated record of all customer related activities and tasks in CRM.
Develop and maintain an active Opportunity Pipeline for all accounts.
Your education and experience
Graduate Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) with relevant years of experience in sales (3 to 5 years).
Strong technical background (Refrigeration) and Application Knowledge on Industrial Refrigeration solutions.
Prior sales experience working with large OEMs within food retail market.
Customer and sales-oriented mindset.
Knowledge in SAP and CRM systems.
Must be able to both (speak and write) English & Spanish (Intermediate to Advanced Level).
Strategic thinking and strong analytical ability.
Excellent negotiation and opportunity management skills.
Availability to national travels around 50%.
