Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are

  • Resolves requests for Finance, Distribution or a combination of both areas, to support all markets integrated in the JDE common environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand JDE functionality related to JDE Financial and / or Distribution Modules (GL, FA, INV, PRI, SOP)
  • Knowledge to run / create / improve FASTR and WW Reports.
  • Knowledge to use / create / improve models and spreadsheets.
  • Assigns the correct type and priority to tickets, including relevant notes in the "worklog". Enters a clear resolution comment and classifies Request with the best root cause at time of closing.
  • Our Record to Report characterizes by Deliver record to report services, ensure KPIs and metrics reflect customer expectations of the service, resolve current and emerging performance gaps, prioritise areas for improvement.

    Basic qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • University career completed (Bachelor) or about to be completed (Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Information Systems).
  • Intermediate-Advanced English level. Portuguese is a plus.
  • MS Office- Intermediate-advanced excel.
  • Process improvement attitude and evidence (ADP potential).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • 2 years experience in any finance cycle with proven high exposure to JDE or SAP master data maintenance.
