Provides Field Sales, Account Management or Distributor Sales Teams with the tools and support materials to drive brilliant execution of Sales Drivers with customers.
Manage the commercial activity plan from aligning the cycle activities calendar to monitoring its implementation, ensuring the coherence and efficiency of our business plans and available resources, analysing results versus objectives, flagging possible gaps, proposing course reviews and sharing learnings
Manage relationship with Execution Agency (O.L.), provide feedback and respective evaluation. Lead sales unit to generate a strong activity calendar out of the cycle brief process for each commercial cycle and inspire sales teams of distributors or account management for a brilliant implementation of agreed cycle brief
Support Trade Marketing Coordinators to deploy information of cycle brief to distributor's sales force and determine which POP material works better to select from toolkit catalogue and then place internal orders to procurement to produce material to support activities"
Lead Measurement & Evaluation Process within each sales unit. Provide clear input to QBR’s and Provide feedback and learnings to other teams within and outside Customer Marketing
Requisitos : Formación
University Degree in Adminitration fields
3-4 years in Sales, trade marketing or marketing Experience in multinational companies, FMCG a plus
Excel, Power Point, data bases
