This role is the Consumer Insights leader for all categories in the Cluster Andinos & Venezuela. Main purpose of this position is to influence Pepsico long term strategic direction and support growth by : Being a thoughtful leader, generating and anticipating key strategic questions, investigating them through the use of innovative research techniques / tools and presenting actionable insights and recommendations in a compelling manner so as to influence business decisions.
This person will be the responsible for planning, coordinating and recommending consumer research projects in Andean & Venezuela for all categories aiming to unlock business opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements
Extensive previous experience in Consumer Insights < consumer products and goods industry; or digital / internet / mobile industry;
or research supplier (new methodologies development).
Previous experience in developing brand positioning, ideation for innovation, developing winning concepts and products
Demand Spaces experience and previous usage in brands plans
Revenue Management & Shopper studies
Experience in digital / mobile research
Compelling communication skills (both verbal and visual)
Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish
