AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant / Project Support for employment in our Bogota, Colombia office.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
Provides support to project managers in general administrative activities
Administrative Project Management duties :
Billing of subcontractors
Control and registration of invoices
Answer calls from suppliers and customers
Organization of the information for presentation of offers and bids
Make requests for travel and hotel reservations
Follow-up of environmental staff expense reports
High School Diploma
6+ years of experience in management of indigenous communities,conducting meetings and similar scope for Indigenous community at the Guajira region
Be able to work and problem-solve independently and contribute to a tea
Have proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (essential)
Be self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously improve technical skills and quality
Possess clear, concise, and logical written and oral communication skills
Work well under pressure with an organized approach to managing tasks, time and workload
Demonstrate an ability to influence, engage and build trust with others
Bilingual in Wayu language (Wayunaiki)
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Economy or related field
Proven experience as an administrative assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
