What we offer

  • Work directly with Henkel customers to identify, qualify, close and maintain Henkel Product applications managing technical projects and technical support
  • Serves as a technical expert : researches, collects and reports information on the selection of metal pretreatment products.
  • Will work as a technical liaison with customers and will travel with Sales Representatives to develop first-hand understanding of customer needs and application details.
  • Provides technical training to Henkel staff and customers.
  • Works closely with Sales, Marketing and other areas to close business by providing technical support.
  • Identifies new product and application development opportunities.
  • Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in technical service for surface treatment applications, providing customer support.
  • Good understanding of physio-chemical analysis and performance test for metal pretreatment products and coatings.
  • English at advanced level is mandatory
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP or similar CRM
  • Availability to travel
  • Skills : Customer service oriented, project management, effective communication, leadership, sense of urgency, initiative and determination to achieve.
