Rummiants Business Unit Director It is responsible for achieving business goals through effective leadership of the team and thus ensure the proper design and implementation of the marketing strategy , adhering to the policies and procedures within the context of compliance of the organization, as well as legislation for the veterinary pharmaceutical industry Essential functions : It is responsible for achieving business goals through the management of the team (analysis, setting goals, planning, organization, execution and control) in order to achieve marketing and sales plan :

  • Design and implement marketing strategies for all products portfolio
  • Comply with the main objective of monthly, quarterly and annual goals , products involved in the ruminants business
  • Develop sales strategies by area, region and customers
  • Determine the launch of new products, promotions and offers customers market campaigns and monitoring the different stages of the product life cycle
  • Development planning customer activities to achieve the sales objectives
  • Develop technical services activities to support customers’ needs
  • Develop a service that positions the organization's products as the first choice of customers and consumers
  • Develop, propose and implement annual strategy
  • Determine conditions of sale, negotiating trade agreements and authorize decisions in managing the portfolio
  • It is responsible to design and implement the Integrated Sales Model to guarantee the Ruminants Business Unit success, this includes Sell out Model.

    As well as design and implement strategies focused on customer needs such as multichannel customer services This position must leading and develop the members of his staff to help achieve business goals : Establishing programs that encourage continuous improvement in knowledge, skills and leadership of their direct reports , with advice and support departments resources , maximizing performance levels Leverage communication and feedback between his reports in overall It is responsible of the correct budget management This position direct and supervises 31 headcount.

  • Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. His responsibilities include interview, recruitment and retention of employees;
  • planning, tasking and direct work , providing training , advice and guidance ; performance management and recognition; and troubleshooting .
