Principal Accountabilities 1. Define Territory BP / OWATTS aligned with Regional commercial plan and objectives, analyzing territory multiple sources of data (related to brands & consumers, sales fundamentals and coverage & investment) and generating accurate conclusions in order to prepare action plans for the territory.
2. Guarantee territory fundamentals through distribution available resources like DSD sales force, sub-distributors, C&C and Small C&C supporting Commercial Drivers in order to initiate brand building cycle.
allocating budget and resources available, linked to specific touch point targets related to customer and consumer profile.
4. Considering the territory targets, assign those by sub- territory & touch points identifying key drivers and resources needed to address them, demonstrating understanding of which will contribute to results.
5. Create a dynamic and efficient route plan that maximizes the time on added value activities for retailers and consumers, allocating appropriate time to their territory calls.
negotiating as a business advisor towards Retailers ensuring that any investment (GIVES & GETS) has return for PMI and is aligned with the Territory BP / OWATTS taking in to account the compliance processes and procedures.
7. Collect & analyze relevant information through commercial tools, related to the business, consumer, channels, activities efficiency, and competition, consolidating information and provide feedback to Supervisor and other stakeholders.
Skills and Competencies Experience : is not required, but field or sales experience is a plus.English : Proficient
