Working side-by-side with the LANs Technical Service and Marketing Team as well as the Regional Sales Manager & the Global Key Account Managers, to fulfill the sales and profitability goals of Paper Solutions & Building Components in Colombia, Ecuador & Cenam, in line with the LAN and global strategy.
What we offer
Lead and develop the Paper Solutions & Building Components business in Colombia, Ecuador & Cenam
Manage existing and new clients, look for new product usage / potential in order to continue improving the profitability of the business
Responsible for managing the growth and profit improvement to reach sales and gross profit targets in the region
Implement local plans coming from global and regional strategies to generate sustainable growth
Develop sustainable relation with local distributors and other stakeholders in the region
Who we are looking for
Bachelor s Degree in Chemical Egineer or related
Master degree desirable
Two-four years of experience in commercial or technical area
Available to travel through Colombia, Ecuador and Cenam
Desirable with experience in the market of paper and cardboard, furniture and adhesives
Advanced English Required
