Role Purpose :

As a manager on the talent effectiveness team, you will have an opportunity to directly impact the company’s success today and in the future through a strong, skilled workforce.

This role ensures that global frameworks, processes and programs are applied optimally across the enterprise to maximize our employees and organizational capability.

The manager designs and implements programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.

Evaluates and provides reports regarding the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.

Focus areas for this position include : employee experience, career management, succession planning, customized learning and development, culture of continuous learning, organizational effectiveness, and talent assessment.

Key Responsabilities :

  • Driving continuous improvement and integration of talent review and succession planning processes to develop a pipeline of ready-
  • now’ leaders capable of managing a globally diverse workforce and delivering on our Growth & Performance strategy

  • Developing and reporting enterprise-wide talent analytics to drive the right behaviors for developing key talent
  • Establishing globally consistent learning and development processes and programs in support of a diverse, high-performing culture
  • Ensuring consistent and appropriate usage of the employee assessment model to ensure the right people are in the right roles, globally
  • Increasing managerial capability and accountability through effective communications, resources, and development programs targeted at people managers
  • Enabling employee-driven career development through accessible and impactful career resources for employees and managers alike
  • Collaborating with HR business partners in the design, delivery, and execution of talent management and organization effectiveness solutions that drive effective business strategy execution
  • Provide training and communication to HR Business Partner, Leaders and employees when implementing of talent effectiveness strategies.
  • Utilizing effective change management techniques to embed and sustain usage of newly created and modified talent management processes and programs into company culture
  • Staying current on industry best practices with respect to Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness, and leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative solutions for talent programs
  • Managing and developing a competent and capable team accountable to meet and / or exceed defined business goals in support of HR and business strategies
  • Provide leadership as a subject matter expert and liaison between your region and Talent effectiveness strategies while building relationships with the HR team as well as the businesses.
  • Work with regional stakeholders to maximize talent effectiveness within your region.
  • Serve as a thought leader on talent effectiveness within and representing your region.Develop global standardize solutions and recommendations for region application and further segmentation as needed within the global framework.
  • Working within the talent effectiveness protocol pilot new programs, tools, and processes that may be necessary to address unique regional needs or may be considered for global application.

    Support communication efforts related to talent effectiveness. Assist communications and global talent team with customization and segmentation specific to the region as needed.

  • Work to ensure alignment of other COE efforts to the talent strategy. Provide thought leadership and support as appropriate.
  • Partner with regional Culture of Inclusion efforts to leverage existing talent practices / processes as opportunities to enhance knowledge, awareness, and accountability for diversity and inclusion.

  • Working in partnership with the Regional HR Director, localize interpretation of talent and workforce analytics and provide regional insight and perspective to outcome results.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5 - 8 Years related experience with training creation and delivery.
  • Experience supporting a global organization. Understanding of instructional design process and blended learning solutions.
  • Experience working with an LMS, loading of courses and reporting.
  • Knowledge or experience in Talent Management practices
  • Delivered multi-channeled learning solutions, including instructor-led, web-based and blended learning.
  • Experience with global change management.
  • Facilitate and manage training activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to translate data and analytics into a compelling story.
  • Ability to think holistically about processes and programs; anticipate impact of changes to end users (employees, managers, HR) and recommend approach to implementation plans as well as future considerations for process improvements.

  • Proven experience to lead change management initiatives
  • Creative thinking skills and capability to build and deliver programs from the ground-up
  • Understanding of and ability to measure the effectiveness of systems / technology / tools as a part of talent programs
  • Project management experience

    English mandatory and Spanish preferred
