Your Responsibilities :
The HR Data Management Analyst is a team member working to support back office requests that come into Tier 1 mostly from Local RH.
The HR Data Management analyst works closely with the HR Partners and other members of Local HR and Recruitment to provide the effortless customer experience we are aiming for.
The HR Data Management Analyst is responsible for providing end-to-end ownership. The cases will range from simple to complex and many will require the HR Customer Service working with other members of the Tier 1 group (Locally or Regionally) or other HR Operations partners to reach resolution.
The job holder will proceed to perform operational process in Workday and other systems, such as Service Catalog and SAP.
All cases will be logged into the case management tool to ensure ability to track the status and progress of all inquiries.
