A Field Service Representative is responsible for fundamental component in ensuring AMS provides technical service support to its existing customers whilst maximizing potential business opportunities and relationships with new strategic partners.

The Field Service Representative will be integral to the Operations Department within AMS and report directly to the Country Manager.

Whilst not necessarily seen as a subject matter expert in every case, the Field Service Representative must know how to deliver training, customer service, fleet assessments and technical repairs to OEM standard.

This Field Service Representative role is on a contract based and will require full time work. As the position is located in Mexico, it is an advantage that you are already located here, however, this is not a requirement.

This role is not required at this time . This is manpower pooling for our future vacancies.

Requirements :

If you are our ideal candidate you may come with a proven track record of :

  • Any relevant degree or qualification : HND, ASE certified, or City & Guilds Level 3 qualified
  • At least 5 years experience on MRAP, International Trucks or any Heavy Vehicle and Equipment maintenance
  • At least 3 years experience providing training
  • Experience in analyzing, processing and understanding customer requirements and be able to make the appropriate recommendations.
  • Be able to make strategic decisions and work independently with the minimum of support and background information.
  • Essential :

  • Language Spoken : Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
  • Flexibility in travelling within Latin America
  • Responsibilities :

    The Field Service Representative will have 2 main functions :

  • As part of a customer service team providing technical support to the customer and acting as a communication channel between them and AMS.
  • As the focal point and travel to Internal customers within AMS and external customers to provide training, diagnose, troubleshoot process failings, advise, repair and fleet management operations.
